The villa has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, shower and balconies. The third floor contains the master suite with a king size bed. The second floor has two bedrooms: the one looking over the Caribbean has a king size bed, the other looks over the lagoon and has two adult twin beds.

The first floor has an American style kitchen with every appliance possible and granite counters, a dinning room for six, living room with cable TV, patio over looking the Caribbean, two swimming pools and a laundry room. The first floor and the three bedrooms each have separate air conditioning.

Cell phones work well in Cancun. Call your US carrier to arrange for international usage. The villa has wireless setup for computer use. Feel free to bring your laptop. Cancun water is fine to drink, however there is a five gallon purified water container in the kitchen.

Our maid lives in Cancun City and comes to the villa each day to clean except Sundays. She is an excellent cook and loves to, but that is not part of her job, However if you ask she will be glad to do. She will buy the food for you, you can repay her and tip her for the meal as if you would tip at an American restaurant based on the value of the meal. Her name is Magdalena. She doesn't speak any English but is the best maid ever...keeps the our villa sparkling!
